About Us
We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors with over 15 years experience in the management of both residential and commercial property.
We are specialists in Residential Block & Estate Management, currently managing blocks of flats, residential estates and retirement accommodation, ranging in size from six to over two hundred units. We are also experienced in the management of commercial property covering retail, office and industrial premises.
Our experience also makes us ideally placed to manage mixed use developments.
From our offices in Aylesbury our team of property managers, accounts and administration staff offer a hands on service where we are easy to contact and in easy geographical reach of all developments under our management.
We also provide a Residential Property Portfolio and Tenancy Management service for landlords who own multiple properties who want a single point of contact in the management of their entire property portfolio.
The firm is led by Stewart Lindsay BSc(Hons)MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor whose property background includes working in private practice and for private property investment companies.
