In addition to residential block management we also provide Retirement Accommodation Management.

Each development has a House Manager who is in day to day control of the development, supported by an experienced property manager. 24 hour emergency cover is provided using a dedicated Call System.

We only manage developments within easy reach of our offices to ensure that we provide a hands on management service. We carry out property inspections every 7-10 days which enables us to observe and deal with maintenance issues as they arise, as well as getting to know the owners and residents in the developments which we manage.

We are a small, experienced and committed team dedicated to property management, which has in recent years become heavily regulated by Legislation.
