Our Service
We are specialists in Residential Block & Estate Management, currently managing blocks of flats & private residential estates, ranging from six to eighty four units.
We only manage developments within easy reach of our offices to ensure that we provide a hands on management service. We carry out property inspections every 7-10 days which enables us to observe and deal with maintenance issues as they arise, as well as getting to know the owners and residents in the deveopments which we manage.
We are a small, experienced and committed team dedicated to property management, which has in recent years become heavily regulated by Legislation.
