Financial Control
Effective and efficient financial administration and control is vital to the running of every development to ensure that all monies received and expended are properly accounted for.
We operate designated client accounts for each development to ensure that individual Clients' funds and our own are separated. All client monies are insured and protected by the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
Duties include:
- Collection of ground rent and service charges
- Collection of insurance premiums
- Regular financial statements to leaseholders
- Preparation of annual service charge budgets
- Control of arrears
- Liaise with independant chartered accountants who prepare annual statutory accounts for filing
