Financial Administration

Effective and efficient financial administration and control is vital to the running of every block to ensure that all monies received and expended are properly accounted for. We operate designated client accounts for each block to ensure that individual clients' funds and our own are separated. All client monies are protected by the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.


Duties include:


  • Collection of ground rent
  • Collection of service charges
  • Collection of insurance premiums
  • Regular financial statements to leaseholders
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Control of arrears
  • Preparation and filing of annual accounts
